TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ORDERING
When you order a bespoke artwork you can be assured that you’ll be communicating directly with us every step of the way so that you’re completely satisfied with your final work of art.
2. PAYMENTS
Once you have placed your order for a bespoke artwork, a 50% deposit will be required to continue with the process. This non-refundable deposit ensures both parties are committed, with integrity.
Once the deposit has cleared, funds will be used to proceed with the process.
When you’re buying a piece from our collection, we require fulll payment either upon collection or before shipping.
If shipping is required, calculations will be carried out for the total amount including:
- packaging – depends on quantity – internal/external dimensions
- courier/freight – depends on weight, dimensions, distance
The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with shipping.
Payment must be made, in full and cleared, prior to shipping.
3. DELIVERING NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY
We go above and beyond to ensure that your pieces of art arrive safely! All packing and handling is done by us. Artwork is shipped both nationally/internationally and with equal planning and care. Your order will be linked with an associated/nominated freight provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email notification with tracking details.
An estimated delivery date will be provided relative to shipping destination.
4. DAMAGES
If your artwork has to be shipped to you, we hope that every purchase will reach you in a perfect condition; but in the rare case damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
It will be necessary to include as much information as you can about the issue and also provide some photo images that show any damage to the product as well as the external packaging. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product or packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and will let you know how best to proceed. Should you still require assistance after contacting us initially, please do contact us directly.
5. RETURNS
Items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are deemed faulty, in which case shipping costs will of course be refunded.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
